2013 Grayland Open Amateur Freeride NationalsLocation – Grayland WA, Grayland Beach Rd beach accessFreeride Clinic Days – Friday August 9th 9 am to 4 pm Clean up clinic and freeride on Sunday the 11th after awards ceremony.Competition Dates – August 10th Surf and Aerial Competition 9am to 5pm
August 11th Surf and Aerial Finals and Motosurf Racing followed by awards 9am to ??Spectators - This is an awesome event that you don't want to miss. All are welcome free of charge to come enjoy some serious aerial action at the beach. Some of the top riders in the world will be in Grayland Washington throwing down some amazing aerial maneuvers. Back flips, barrel rolls, precision surf riding and motosurf racing are just some of what you can expect to see all weekend.There will be food available for purchase from Barbs BBQ. Music will be playing and if you buy a few raffle tickets, you might just get some goodies to take home with you. We will have custom designed event t-shirts and sweatshirts as well as posters available at the main booth while supplies last. Bring your family a lawn chair and a camera and enjoy some free entertainment at the beach.We ask everyone to respect the beach. All rules governed by the State Parks Dept. are still in effect during the event. Please pack it out if you pack it in. Help us to minimize the impact on the Grayland beach. Avoid soft beach areas with your vehicles as a tow can be very costly. Please park clear of the ribboned off area and leave room for cars to get through.
