P1 AquaX Dishes Up Turkish Delight

Aysha Rensink loves horsepower, and this weekend she will be putting it to good use on the River Humber as she brings a touch of Turkish delight to the P1 AquaX UK Championship. Born in Istanbul, 32-year-old Aysha's great passions are horses and jet skis and she is accomplished at mastering both.
Aysha's immediate aim is simply to make a good start in Hull in the opening round of this year's AquaX series; but she is no ordinary jet skier. When she's not training or racing, you will find her entertaining the onlookers by jet ski-ing under Brighton pier wearing a mask and costume. "I love to add a bit of fun, colour and fantasy when I'm on the water" explains Aysha "so I do tricks and stunts and have my own way of riding.
Aysha is equally at home with horsepower of a different kind. Her father bred horses and she learnt to ride as a child. "For me" she says "horses and jet skis have a lot in common: they are beautifully designed, fast, powerful and give you the feeling of being a free spirit. I'm involved with equine sales and with breaking and schooling horses. My dream is to own a stud farm." This combination of horsepower and girl power should provide the P1 AquaX series with some exciting and colourful racing this summer.
Aysha will join twenty-two other racers on the Humber for this years opening round of the AquaX Championships, for all the action come down to St Andrews Quay where the racing kicks off form 12.00 noon on Saturday. [fblike]
