Troy Snyder AKA The Slugger announced live on Liquid Speed Radio tonight that he will be racing a Yamaha in 2014 with support from Dean’s Team.
Troy will be running the new 2014 Yamaha FZR. “My main mechanic will still be Bo Dupriest. Troy will also remain with Slippery Wetsuits, and will still be part of Riva Racing. “Riva and Dave bamdas were a big part of my program last year, and he was real excited to hear I made the switch to Yamaha.”
Dont look for the usual #110 on Troy race boat. He will be running the #2 on the new Yamaha. “Hopefully we will be able to change that to a #1 in the near future.”
“I’d really like to Thank Dean Charrier, Him and Scott Watkins are really the guys who put this whole deal together for me”.
Troy has had success on Yamaha before, winning a world title in Lake Havasu in the limited class in 2010. We look forward to another epic battle between Troy and Current Pro Stock National champ Eric Francis.
Thank you Slugger for the Pro Rider shout out on Liquid Speed tonight. “”Nothing like going to your mailbox and getting that damn magazine in your hands!” Troy stated!
Good luck on the 2014 season Troy, and we will see you in… Pensacola? LOL
